Overview
For improved clarity sharpness and Quality our service is as follows :-
What the repair/refurbishment includes
A laser optical section contains three lasers of solid state and semiconductor design.
By producing Red, Green, and Blue light, they create an image on the light sensitive paper by exposing
the layers (Cyan, Magenta, and Yellow, respectively) in a scanning pattern.
In the repair all three lasers are evaluated and repaired any that are not at peak performance.
All repairs have a 14 Point Diagnostic check
・ Clean unit externally.
・ Clean internally
・ Test all components
・ Inspect Laser
・ Inspect wiring and components for damage; replace if needed.
・ Failure diagnosis.
・ Inspect and test laser driver boards.
・ Replace damaged laser.
・ Inspect and clean optical path.
・ Inspect alignment of all components (AOM’s, mirrors, lenses, and sensors).
・ Check operation of polygon/spinning mirror.
・ Test print 100 photographs on Noritsu/Fuji machine to verify alignment and quality.
・ Record all operational data for traceability.
・ Pack in secure packing.
We use only genuine FUJI and NORITSU original manufacturer parts, to guarantee the highest possible quality.
The quality control checks and manufacturing procedures are designed to help deliver consistent high quality results
The complete Laser unit is evaluated and recondition or replace any parts necessary to return the unit to
“like new” condition.
Each repaired laser is installed into a test minilab to verify proper operation and quality of result.
When you receive your repaired laser from us, it will be ready to install and start printing with minimal setup and adjustment.
We Repair lasers from the following manufacturers: All *Fuji and Noritsu Lasers
*Which has been approved by FUJIFILM Japan.
We will do everything possible to get your laser back as soon as possible but because of all the precision and detailed work
involved in ensuring a perfect repair, we need a in-house work time of 7 days,
Therefore Normal Turnaround time excluding shipping is min 10 working days
What to do if you wish to have a Laser repaired
If you wished to proceed please send us laser unit by DHL packed in a safety box. Once again there are Three Guns in a laser unit, therefore, if laser is not properly packed, the other two guns may damaged, so please pay very special attention while packing laser unit. It is very delicate unit, and must be packed and shipped fragile.
